Shipper TMS - Filter Options

This article will explain the options that users can filter by within the Shipper TMS Product.

Status:

Filtering by Status will open a dropdown menu and allow users to filter by any Shipper TMS order status. This will then show all the orders under that status.

These options include:

  • New

  • Offer Canceled

  • On Hold

  • Posted to SLB

  • Posted to CD

  • Pending

  • Declined

  • Accepted

  • Picked up

  • Delivered

  • Invoiced

  • Paid

  • Canceled (order canceled, separate from offer canceled)


Pick Up:

This filter allows users to search for orders associated with a specific pickup city. In the drop-down box, begin typing the name of the city you’re searching for and then select from the populating list:

Delivery:

This filter allows for users to search for orders associated with a specific delivery city. In the drop down box, begin typing the name of the city you’re searching for and then select from the populating list.

Customer:

This filter allows users to search for orders under specific customer names. In the drop-down box, begin typing the name of the customer you’re searching for and it will auto-populate a list.

Carrier:

This filter allows users to search for orders under a specific carrier name. In the drop-down box, begin typing the name of the carrier you’re searching for and it will auto-populate a list.

Dispatchers:

This filter allows users to search for orders associated with specific dispatchers. In the drop-down box, begin typing the name of the dispatcher you’re searching for or selecting from the list.

Salesperson:

This filter allows users to search for orders associated with a specific salesperson. In the drop-down box, begin typing the name of the salesperson you’re searching for or selecting from the list.

Lot Number:

This filter allows for users to search for orders associated with specific lot numbers. In the drop down box, type the lot number(s), pressing enter after each one.
