Shipper TMS - How to find a Carrier's ETA

This article will help describe how to find the Estimated Time of Arrival for a carrier in your Shipper TMS account

The Super Dispatch driver app allows drivers to submit their ETA for the Pickup of their loads. First, the driver will need to make sure his location services are turned ON:

Once location services are turned on, the driver should see the option to submit a pickup ETA:

From there, the driver is presented with a list of pickup times to choose from:​

The dates in Red are Late arrivals and will prompt the driver to add a reason for the late pick-up:

The driver can also select "other" and provide their own ETA time:​

Once the ETA for Pickup is submitted, the ETA status will be displayed on the load in the Shipper TMS:

The driver can update the ETA anytime, which will again populate on the load, like in the screenshot above.
