SuperPay Inspection Requirements

GPS Location
Requirement: GPS must be turned on and active on the driver’s device during both pickup and delivery inspections.
VIN Scanning
Requirement: Drivers must scan the VIN to begin both the pickup and delivery inspections.
Photo Inspection
Requirement: Drivers must take six photos of the vehicle at both pickup and delivery locations. These photos must be taken within a 1-mile radius of each location.
Signature Collection
Requirement: Drivers must collect and obtain signatures in person within a 1-mile radius of both the pickup and delivery locations.
Status Updates
Requirement: After completing the inspection, the driver must update the load status within a 1-mile radius of the pickup and delivery locations.
