Once your Load has reached the end of its lifecycle, you will be provided with two options, Archive or Delete. We don't recommend deleting the Load because such information may still be important and retained for future reference or regulatory compliance. Instead, you will have the option to securely Archive inactive loads making them easier to find.
To Archive a load you will want to first Log into your Carrier TMS Website Here
Next, you'll want to head to the Loads section to locate the Load you want to Archive
Once the load has been Located, Click on the Options button in the top right corner:
After clicking the Options button, you will find a list of options provided. At the very bottom, you have the option to click Archive Or Delete:
To unarchive the load, simply search for the load in the Archive section, click the Options button and finally Unarchive. Once the load is unarchived, it will return to the status it was previously in:
