Adding Attachments to Bill of Lading (BOL)

To add attachments to a BOL, follow these steps:

  1. Select the load you wish to send a BOL for.

  2. Select the BOL button at the top right corner.

  3. Select the Include Attachments button in the center of the screen.

  4. Check off any attachments that need to be added.

  5. Select the Done button at the bottom of the screen.

  6. Add an email to send the BOL.

  7. Select the Send BOL button.

After following the steps above and selecting the Send BOL button, the BOL will be successfully sent, along with any important attachments you supplied. If for any reason the BOL does not send, please double-check that you filled out all of the necessary information.
