Can I Cancel My Subscription at Any Time?
Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time before the renewal date.
Canceling in advance ensures you will not be charged for the next billing cycle.
Can I Get a Refund if I Cancel My Subscription?
New Paying Sign-Up: You have a 24-hour window from the time of sign-up to request a full refund if you decide the service isn’t the right fit for you.
Previously Paying Customers (Upgraded Service): If you request cancellation within 24 hours of an upgrade, we can issue a credit to be applied to future charges. However, refunds will not be issued to customers remaining on a paid plan.
What Happens After I Cancel?
Once your subscription is canceled, you will retain access to your account until the end of the current billing cycle.
After the account is deactivated, you can still access the mobile app and loadboard.
You can also reactivate your subscription at any time by logging into the website and selecting Reactivate Subscription.
Why Can’t I See the Option to Cancel?
If you are on the free plan, there is no subscription to cancel, as you are not being charged.
You can choose to delete your account by going to Profile > Company Name > Delete Driver Account in the mobile app.
If you are on a Carrier TMS subscription plan, you must contact Customer Support to cancel your subscription. This can be done via chat, phone, or email at [email protected]. Please note, deactivating drivers does not cancel your subscription, and you will still be charged unless you request cancellation.
