Introduction
A micro-transaction is a small financial verification process to ensure your bank account is correctly set up to work with SuperPay in Super Dispatch. These transactions are managed through a secure, third-party payments provider.
To verify your bank account, the system sends three micro-transactions. These small deposits and a withdrawal confirm that your bank account is compatible with SuperPay.
Setting up SuperPay
To get started with SuperPay, follow these steps:
Step 1: Access Your Carrier Profile
Log in to your Carrier TMS.
Navigate to your Carrier Profile.
Step 2: Open the SuperPay Tab
Go to the SuperPay section within your profile.
Click on Set Up SuperPay to begin the process.
Step 3: Provide Business Information
You’ll be prompted to enter the following details:
Business Name
EIN (Employment Identification Number)
Routing and Account Number
Once you’ve completed this step, the system will send a series of micro-transactions to your bank account to verify the information.
How to Verify Micro-Transactions
Below, we will walk you through How to Verify Micro-Transactions:
Step 1: Wait for the Micro-Transactions to Arrive
Micro-transactions will appear in your bank account within 1-2 business days.
The transactions include two small deposits followed by a withdrawal of the combined amount.
Important Note: The Verify Bank Account button will remain disabled until the transactions appear in your account. The Support Team cannot expedite this process or provide the transaction amounts.
Step 2: Locate the Transactions
Step 3: Enter the Transaction Amounts
Navigate to the SuperPay verification section in your Carrier Profile within Carrier TMS.
Enter the transaction amounts precisely as they appear in your bank account.
Step 4: Verify Your Account
After entering the amounts, click Verify Bank Account.
If successful, your account will be marked as Verified.
Troubleshooting and Validation Errors
If your submission fails, remember:
You have two attempts to submit the correct amounts.
If both attempts are unsuccessful, contact Super Dispatch Customer Support for further assistance.
