How to Cancel a Load Offer (Shipper To Broker Workflow)

This article will explain what happens when a shipper cancels an offer sent to another Broker Partner via the Shipper to Broker workflow

With the Shipper to Broker workflow, you can send load offers to other Broker Partners who are using the Shipper TMS. If necessary, you can also cancel these loads:

Once a load is created by you (the Shipper), the load will be displayed as Accepted in your Shipper TMS account:

And New in the Broker Partner's account:

If necessary, you (The Shipper) can cancel the offer from the drop-down menu:

Once the offer is canceled, you will see the offer as canceled on your Shipper TMS account:

On the Broker Partner's account, they will see the load as showing Canceled by Customer by the Load ID, and Canceled on the unit level:
