"When I am sent an email from anyone with files to download, it goes to Super dispatch for some reason, and then Super dispatch says it's unable to open the file. They say it is not compatible?"
Solution:
It sounds like Super Dispatch got set as your default PDF reader - because you are using Super Dispatch to open your PDF dispatch sheets on your device with our Super Dispatch app. Try to open your regular PDF reader app - and reset that as the default.
