In this article we will be going over how our Google Chrome Extension now incorporates Message Plane

Introduction

Welcome to the seamless integration of efficiency and convenience! We’re excited to introduce the Super Dispatch Chrome Extension, designed to enhance your experience on Message Plane. With this extension, you’ll effortlessly synchronize dispatch details, track shipments, and communicate within the familiar interface of Message Plane.

Let’s dive into how you can set up and start using the Chrome Extension to optimize your workflow!


Setting Up Super Dispatch: Connection

Below, we'll help you in setting up Setting Up Super Dispatch: Connection:

Step 1: Download the Extension

  • Add the Super Dispatch: Connection Extension to Google Chrome by clicking here.

Step 2: Install the Extension

  • Click Add to Chrome to start the installation process.

Step 3: Confirm Installation

  • Select Add Extension to complete the setup.



Posting/Unposting From Message Plane

Below we'll cover Posting/Unposting From Message Plane:

Step 1: Log Into Message Plane

  • Navigate to Message Plane and log in to get started.

Step 2: Access Orders

  • Click on Orders from the main menu.

Step 3: Select an Order

  • Choose the order you’d like to import to Super Dispatch.

Step 4: Post to Super LoadBoard

  • Open the order and click the Post to Super LoadBoard button.

Step 5: Log Into Shipper TMS

  • A pop-up will prompt you to log in to Shipper TMS. Once logged in, return to Message Plane and click Post to Super LoadBoard again.

Step 6: Confirm Posting

  • After posting, you’ll receive a confirmation message. You can track the order status through the right-hand panel in Message Plane and click the blue hyperlink to view the order directly in Shipper TMS.

Step 7: Unpost From Super LoadBoard

  • To remove the load from the LoadBoard, click Unpost From Super LoadBoard.


Status Changes

  • Pending Status: Once a carrier requests the load and the shipper accepts, the status in Message Plane will update to Pending.

  • Accepted Status: When the carrier accepts the load offer, the status will change to Accepted.

  • Pickup/Delivery Updates: You can also view updates on Pickup and Delivery ETAs and the driver’s most recent location directly within Message Plane.


Troubleshooting

Option 1: Reaccept Permissions

  • Step a: If you see a permissions alert in Chrome, click Accept Permissions.

  • Step b: Return to your CRM, and the Super Dispatch order information should now appear in the UI.

Option 2: Reinstall the Extension

  • Remove the extension from Chrome, re-download it, and follow the setup instructions above.
