This article will detail the steps of manually marking orders as new, picked up, or delivered in the Shipper TMS system.

Before you begin, contact support or your organization's admin to confirm that your account has the proper permissions to do this action.

To begin:

  1. Locate the order you wish to change. Click on the 3 dots for the options menu:

  2. Select from the drop-down menu which status you'd like the order to be in:

  3. The load's status is now changed!
