Requirements
To kickstart this feature, there is a prerequisite to consider. Notably, Shippers looking to leverage this functionality must ensure the Manual SuperPay Workflow is enabled. Dive into our step-by-step guide below to set this up if you haven't already!
Login To Shipper TMS
To access Shipper TMS, please navigate to https://shipper.superdispatch.com/signin and sign in using your credentials (email and password).
Click On The Profile Icon
Click SuperPay
Select Manual
From here, you will want to select the manual option and then Select Save in the upper right-hand corner!
Process
When an order is designated as Delivery Verified, Shippers possessing Manage SuperPay permissions have the ability to schedule the payment by choosing a due date on the calendar.
Note:
Payment can be scheduled for the nearest second business day by 4 PM ET; if not, it defaults to the third business day.
The system calculates the Charge Scheduled date according to the expected deposit date, considering that holidays and weekends (non-business days) cannot be selected.
For scheduling, only the upcoming three months' business days are selectable. Dates from previous months or beyond the fourth month are disabled for selection.
Additionally, the Schedule SuperPay feature supports bulk actions for convenience, making it easier to manage payments efficiently.
Schedule SuperPay
Once you have scheduled payment within a Load, Non-SuperPay orders will change their method to SuperPay
after scheduling payment
When the SuperPay payment has been scheduled the Order Payment Status becomes Charge Scheduled
Conclusion
That's it! You're now ready to Schedule SuperPay Payments inside of Shipper TMS!
