Carrier TMS - Private Loadboard

In this Article we will discuss Private Loadboard's and how they work

Updated over a week ago

Introduction

Hello and welcome to Super Dispatch! If this is your first time here, allow me to extend a warm welcome to our exceptional platform! This article will delve into the Private Loadboard's and how you can utilize them to make sure you are getting loads directly from the Brokers and Shippers you work with most.

Private Loadboard

Private Loadboards are tailored to make sure you have easy access to loads from shippers and brokers you frequently work with. For you to view these loads, the shippers and brokers must set up a Private Network within Shipper TMS and then add you to their network or a specific group within it. This setup ensures that loads are posted directly to these exclusive loadboards, allowing you to see them without delay.

In the next section, we'll take a closer look at what this new view means for you as a carrier. We'll also explore how this will appear on the Driver App, particularly benefiting those who are primarily users of the app or are owner-operators. This guide aims to help you navigate and make the most out of your Private Loadboard experience.

New Super Loadboard

If a Shipper or Broker has added you to a Private Network or Private Network Group, you will see a New section on the Super Loadboard titled Private Loadboards.

Additionally, under Available Loads, you will see a new tag titled Private Load. This means that this load was posted to a Shippers Private Loadboard.

Private Loadboard

If you click on the Private Loadboard, you will see only Private Loads posted there.

Booking a Load

Booking any load will work like it always has. If it is a load you would like to take, you now have the ability to click on it and request the load. If the Shipper can instantly book turned on, you will immediately get the load like before.

Driver App

Here is what the flow will look like inside the Driver App

Super Loadboard

You will now see a section inside the Driver App called Private Loadboards, just like on the website. This is where you will see all the loads posted to Private Loadboards by Shippers.

Private Loadboard

Just like with the website, a tag now indicates that this load is a Private Load. Again, if the shipper has the Can Instant Book turned on, you can book this load immediately.

Conclusion

Thats it! You are now ready to start using Private Loadboards inside of Carrier TMS and the Driver App!
