In this article we will go over Performance Metrics inside of the Driver App

Updated over a week ago

Introduction

Hello and welcome to Super Dispatch! If this is your first visit to our Help Center, I'd like to personally extend a warm welcome to our platform. Today, we will be discussing Carrier Performance Metrics within the Driver App. These metrics are designed to provide valuable insights to dispatchers, shippers, and brokers about driver performance when completing inspections using the Driver App. Please review the information below to understand how these metrics can benefit your company!

Performance Metrics

Carrier performance indicators will be broken down into the following categories:

  • ETA Provided: % of loads for which the assigned driver shared the Pickup/Delivery ETA. This calculation also considers all delivered loads from the carrier

  • Late Cancellation Rate: % of accepted loads carrier canceled within 24 hours of the pickup time. Cancellations that occur within 2 hours of booking aren’t counted. Additionally, cancellations due to “Unit Not Ready” or “Unknown Inoperable Vehicle” will be excluded from the metric calculation. It’s crucial for Carriers to provide accurate and truthful reasons for any cancellations. Brokers and Shippers have visibility over these cancellation reasons and may dispute them if the information provided is inaccurate.

  • Photos Taken On-Site Rate: % of loads (w/ Advanced Inspection) that have all required photos at pickup and delivery, all geotagged within the geofenced area (see more info here) This calculation is based only on delivered loads with advanced inspection:

Please note that these scores are not set in stone and do not reflect the actual averages on our platform. They are simply examples provided for educational purposes to help you understand how our scoring system works.

We understand that seeing these scores might be a bit overwhelming or confusing. Rest assured, your real scores may vary and are influenced by various factors. Use these examples as a guide to get a better grasp of the scoring process.

We also want to highlight that by completing loads correctly, you can consistently achieve better results. Your efforts and attention to detail are truly important and can make a significant difference in your performance metrics. We believe in your ability to excel and want to support you in optimizing your scores and improving your overall performance. Keep striving for excellence, and know that we are here to help you every step of the way.

Meanings

Your scores are based on averages. Here’s what each score means and the thresholds for each category:

  • Score Representation: Each score represents an average of different performance measures, giving you an overview of how well you're doing

  • Threshold Definitions: Each category has specific thresholds that show different levels of performance. These thresholds help you understand your current standing and what you need to do to improve.

By understanding these scores and thresholds, you can track your progress and see where you might need to focus your efforts to get better results.
