Below, you’ll find a comprehensive guide to understanding these metrics and how they can benefit your business.

Performance Metrics Overview

Carrier performance indicators are categorized into three key areas, each designed to track and evaluate specific aspects of driver performance:

ETA Provided

Description:

  • Measures the percentage of loads where the assigned driver shared the

Pickup/Delivery ETA.

  • Includes all delivered loads from the carrier.

Late Cancellation Rate

Description:

  • Tracks the percentage of accepted loads canceled by the carrier within 24 hours of the pickup time.

Exclusions:

  • Cancellations occurring within 2 hours of booking are not counted.

  • Cancellations due to “Unit Not Ready” or “Unknown Inoperable Vehicle” are excluded from this calculation.

Important Note: It is essential for carriers to provide accurate and truthful reasons for any cancellations. Brokers and shippers have visibility over these reasons and may dispute inaccuracies.

Photos Taken On-Site Rate

Description:

  • Calculates the percentage of loads (with Advanced Inspections) where all required photos at pickup and delivery are geotagged within the geofenced area.

  • Applies only to delivered loads with advanced inspection.
