Today, we are going to show you how to connect Super Dispatch Connect with Bats!

Introduction

Welcome to seamless integration and elevated efficiency! We’re excited to introduce the Super Dispatch Chrome Extension, specifically designed to enhance your experience on BATS.

This Chrome Extension allows you to synchronize dispatch details, track shipments, and communicate effortlessly, all within the familiar interface of BATS. Let’s explore how to set up and use this feature to streamline your workflow.


Setting Up Super Dispatch: Connection

Below we are going to go over Setting Up Super Dispatch: Connection:

Step 1: Add the Extension

  • • Click here to add the Super Dispatch: Connection Extension to Google Chrome.

Step 2: Install the Extension

  • Click Add to Chrome to start the installation process.

Step 3: Confirm Installation

  • Select Add Extension to complete the setup.


Posting/Unposting From BATS

Step 1: Log Into BATS

  • Navigate to BATS and log in to your account.

Step 2: Access Orders

  • Click on Orders from the main menu.

Step 3: Log Into Super Dispatch

  • On the right-hand side of the screen, click the button prompting you to log in to Super Dispatch.

  • This will redirect you to Shipper TMS. Log in using your Shipper TMS credentials.

Step 4: Post to Super LoadBoard

  • Once logged into Shipper TMS, return to BATS and click Post to Super LoadBoard to post your load directly to the Super LoadBoard.

Step 5: Track Your Order

  • You can monitor the status of your order through the panel on the right-hand side of BATS. Click the hyperlink to view the order directly in Shipper TMS.

Step 6: Unpost From Super LoadBoard

  • To remove the load, click Unpost From Super LoadBoard.



Status Changes

  • Pending Status: When a carrier requests the load and you, as the shipper, accept the request, the status in BATS will update to Pending.

  • Accepted Status: Once the carrier accepts the load offer, the status will change to Accepted.

  • Pickup/Delivery Updates: BATS users can view updates on Pickup and Delivery ETAs, as well as the driver’s most recent location.


Troubleshooting

Below, we will go over Troubleshooting steps:

Option 1: Reaccept Permissions

  • When prompted by Chrome, click Accept Permissions.

  • Return to your CRM, and the Super Dispatch order information should now appear in the UI.

Option 2: Reinstall the Extension

  • If reaccepting permissions doesn’t resolve the issue, remove the extension from Chrome, re-download it, and follow the setup instructions above.
