Setting Up Super Dispatch: Connection
You'll first want to add the Super Dispatch: Connection Extension to Google Chrome to get started. Just click on this link HERE to grab it 🚀. It's super easy and quick! 🎉
2. Next, simply click on "Add to Chrome" 👇 and you're all set!
3. From there, click "Add Extension" 🖱️
Posting/Un-Posting From BATS
1. Next, head over to Bats and log in to get started. 🚀🔑
2. Then, click on "Orders" to continue. 📋👈
3. On the right hand side of the screen you will see a button asking you to login to Super Dispatch
4. Once you click this button you will be directed to Shipper TMS. From there you will login using your Shipper TMS credentials
5. After clicking "Post to Super LoadBoard," a pop-up will appear, reminding you: "To post to Super LoadBoard, you should be logged in to Shipper TMS. Log in to Shipper TMS, then try to post your Load." 🚚💻🔔
6. Once you've successfully logged into Shipper TMS go back to BATS and click "Post to Super LoadBoard" From there you will be able to post your load Directly to the Super LoadBoard.
7. You can also keep tabs on the status of your Order through the panel on the right-hand side of BATS. Plus, you can click the hyperlink to view the order directly on Shipper TMS. 🔍📌🖱️
8. If you remove the load from the LoadBoard, click "Unpost From Super LoadBoard" 🚫🔙.
Status Changes
Once a Carrier requests the load and you, as the Shipper, accept the request, the Status inside of BATS will update to Pending. 🔄🚚🤝
Once the CARRIER accepts the Load Offer, the status will also change to "Accepted." 🚚 ✅
In addition to changes in Pickup/Delivery status, BATS users will also be able to view Pickup and Delivery ETAs and the driver's most recent location. 📍⏰🚛
TroubleShooting
If the Chrome Extension is "not showing up" in your CRM, there are two potential solutions you can try:
Option 1: Reaccept Permissions
Step a: When you see the permissions alert in Chrome (refer to the screenshot), click "Accept Permissions."
Step b: Return to your CRM, and the Super Dispatch order information should now be displayed in the UI.
If Option 1 doesn’t resolve the issue, move on to Option 2.
Option 2: Remove the extension from Chrome and re-download it.
