However, if you’ve decided that cancellation is the best step, this guide will walk you through the process.


Features You’ll Be Leaving Behind

By canceling your Shipper TMS subscription, you’ll lose access to:

Contract Shipper Cancellation

If you still wish to cancel, please follow the steps below to complete the process:

Step 1: Review Your Contract:

  • Check your contract for obligations or penalties related to early termination.

Step 2: Contact Customer Support:

  • To begin the cancellation, reach out to our Customer Support team by email or phone. Provide your account details and reason for cancellation.

Step 3: Complete the Steps:

  • Our team will guide you through final steps, including settling balances and reviewing any potential early termination fees.

Note: We recommend emailing us for Shipper cancellations, as a dedicated team member manages these requests. Calling will redirect you to email for further assistance. Emailing allows us to provide detailed information on billing and data retention.

Step 4: Billing Information

  • Once your Shipper TMS cancellation is finalized:

  • Any remaining billing matters will be addressed promptly.

  • Depending on your billing cycle, you may receive a final invoice covering any outstanding charges.

  • For prepaid longer-term plans, review our refund policy to check eligibility for prorated refunds.

Month-to-Month Shipper Cancelation

If you signed up through the “Try for Free” option on SuperDispatch.com, please ensure all shipments are completed and dues are settled before canceling. This will help ensure a smooth transition.

Follow these steps to cancel your subscription:

Step 1: Log into Shipper TMS

  • Go to your Shipper TMS account.

Step 2: Access Subscription Details

  • Click on the Profile Icon in the bottom left corner of the screen

Step 3: Subscription Details

  • Select Subscription Details from the menu.

Step 4: Locate the Cancellation Option

  • Click Cancel Subscription under Plan.

  • Follow the on-screen instructions.

Step 4: Confirm Cancellation

  • After canceling, you’ll receive a confirmation email indicating your cancellation has been processed.
