Introduction
Hello and welcome to another insightful article from the Super Dispatch Support team! Today, we are excited to dive into the topic of integrating and utilizing various load boards with Super Dispatch: Connection. We're expanding the capabilities of our extension for Carriers.
When you perform a search on other load boards, our extension will suggest additional loads, backhaul options, or the ability to create load alerts. By "additional," we mean loads that are NOT found in the search results of other load boards, providing you with unique opportunities. This is different from the "Additional" tag we use on the Super Loadboard. Our extension will also work seamlessly with ACV and Ship.Cars load boards and will support Firefox as well.
Setting Up Super Dispatch: Connection
You'll first want to add the Super Dispatch: Connection Extension to Google Chrome to get started. Just click on this link HERE to grab it 🚀. It's super easy and quick! 🎉
2. Next, simply click on "Add to Chrome" 👇 and you're all set!
3. From there, click "Add Extension" 🖱️
Logging In
After establishing the connection, the next step is to log in to Carrier TMS. Once the extension is successfully added, you’ll be greeted with the login screen displayed below 👇
Once you have successfully logged in you are free to start browsing on external load boards.
External LoadBoards
When you open an external LoadBoard you will want to start with a search like below 👇
When you have successfully entered your search criteria you will be presented with the results. In the upper right hand corner of the page you will then see the option to View additional Top Paying Loads on our loadboard. Again, By "additional," we mean loads that are NOT found in the search results of other load boards, providing you with unique opportunities.
When you click the button, a side panel with a list of loads and other options will open that looks like this 👇
If you click on any of the buttons, then you will be redirected to our site to log in and continue from there
Load Alerts
If you browse through the list of loads and think, "Meh, nothing here really grabs me," no worries! You can create a custom load alert by simply clicking on "Create Load Alert - It's Free."
Once you have clicked on Create Load Alert - It's Free a side panel will pop up allowing you to customize your load alert
From here you can select the duration, and even customize it (note this will take you to the website.)
Load Alerts (No Loads)
If for some reason you run across a scenario where there a no loads listed when you click on the extension icon then this is what your screen will look like.
From this screen you will have the ability to set up Load Alerts just like above when you didn't find a load that worked for you.
Load Alerts (Notifications Not Setup)
If for some reason you do not have notifications setup inside of Carrier TMS you will get a screen that will instruct you to set these up. Here is what that will look like.
From here, you can access the Notification Settings page to choose your preferred notification method: Email, SMS, or both.
Not Logged In
If you are not logged into the system the extension will prompt you to login. Here is what that screen will look like.
Since you are on the Carrier side, you will want to click Carrier Log In. Once you have successfully logged In you will get this screen Letting you know your Setup is Completed.
