Bills of Lading (BOLs) that are generated from your Super Dispatch Dashboard can also reflect your own company's customized Terms and Conditions. Here is how you can set that up:
Got to our website www.superdispatch.com and open your Super Dispatch Carrier TMS
Click on the
Settingstab in the lower left-hand corner, and selectCarrier Profile:
3. Scroll down to the bottom of the page and you will see the Terms and Conditions text field:
4. Enter your Terms and Conditions and press "Save".
In order to test how this will look on your BOL, simply click on "Send BOL" button next to any order. On the modal screen window that pops up, click on the "Preview" button on the left bottom corner. It's that easy.
