If your invoices are not appearing in QuickBooks Online after sending them from the Dashboard, please follow these steps to troubleshoot the problem:
Please make sure that your Dashboard is properly connected to QuickBooks Online
Please make sure that "Send Invoices to QuickBooks Online" box is checked, and click "Save"
This box can be found in your Dashboard under Settings. (see image)
3. Check your email associated with your Dashboard account.
Your Dashboard will send you an error notification if there is an issue while syncing with Quickbooks Online. The email will also provide the reason for the issue and a possible remedy.
