This article will outline the step-by-step process of ensuring that your Location Services are ON for both your mobile device, and the Super Dispatch Mobile App - for both iOS & Android devices.

How to enable Location Services for iOS devices & Super Dispatch.

  1. Open the Settings App on your iOS device. (This will be a gear icon like this ➡️ ⚙️)

  2. Scroll down your list of Apps until you find Super Dispatch, then Tap Super Dispatch.


  3. Once inside the Super Dispatch Page, Tap Location.



  4. Make sure to select While Using the App OR Always, and be sure that the Precise Location toggle is set to ON.


    After enabling Location Services on the Device, it's time to ensure that Location Services are ON in the Super Dispatch Mobile App.

  5. Open the Super Dispatch Mobile App and tap the Profile Icon in the bottom right.


  6. Then, open the Settings page.


  7. Ensure that Location Services is set to ON.


How to enable Location Services for Android devices & Super Dispatch.

  1. Open the Settings App on your device, then tap Apps.

  2. Search and then Tap Super Dispatch.

  3. Tap Permissions

  4. Ensure Location is set to ON.

  5. Open the Super Dispatch Mobile App and tap the Profile Icon in the bottom right.

  6. Tap Settings and ensure that Location Services is set to ON.
