Introduction
In Carrier TMS, you have the ability to generate custom reports for detailed business data analysis using a wide range of criteria. This feature provides you with flexibility, allowing you to filter and organize your data to create specific reports that cater to your business needs. Whether you’re tracking load statuses, driver performance, or financial data, you can customize these reports to extract the exact information you need for more effective decision-making and streamlined operations.
How to Generate Custom Reports in Carrier TMS
Step 1: Access Reports
Step 2: Custom Reports
Select Custom Reports.
Step 3: Select Report Criteria
Choose from the following options to customize your report:
Enter your email address where you want the report to be sent.
Select “Filter By Creation Period” to narrow down the report by the creation date of the loads.
Select “Filter by Actual Delivery Period” to filter the report by the delivery date of the loads.
Order By: Choose either Creation Date or Delivery Date.
Include: Select All, Active, or Archived loads.
Status: Choose All, New, Picked Up, or Delivered.
Select Either No Driver (Loads without an assigned driver) or Deleted Drivers.
Select your Drivers under Assigned to Active Drivers.
Choose Inactive Drivers if needed.
Select your Dispatchers to be included in the report.
Step 4: Export Fields
Fields to Export: Use checkboxes to select from options like:
Load ID, Internal Load ID, Pickup/Delivery address, Pickup/Delivery date
VIN #, Rate, Broker Fee, Payment Terms, Paid Amount, Payment Status
Invoice #, Invoice Date, Broker, Driver, Dispatcher, and more.
Step 5: Generate the Report
Click the Send Report button.
An Excel (.csv) file will be generated and sent to your default company email address.
Note: This is the same as your login email.
If you need to change the email address for the report, you can update it in the Edit Profile section under Billing/Accounting email.
