Setting Up Super Dispatch: Connection
Below, we will walk you through Setting Up Super Dispatch: Connection:
Step 1: Add the Extension to Google Chrome
• Start by adding the Super Dispatch: Connection Extension to Google Chrome. You can download it by clicking here.
Step 2: Install the Extension
• Click on Add to Chrome to start the installation.

Step 3: Confirm Installation
• Select Add Extension when prompted, and you’re ready to go.

Logging In
Step 1: Launch the Extension
• Once the extension is installed, Click Carrier Login to access the Login screen.

Step 2: Log Into Carrier TMS
• Enter your credentials to log in. After a successful login, you can begin browsing external load boards.
Browsing External Load Boards
Step 1: Perform a Search
• Navigate to your preferred external load board and enter your search criteria.

Step 2: View Additional Loads
• In the top-right corner of the search results page, click the Top Paying Loads button. This will open a side panel displaying additional loads from Super Dispatch.

Step 3: Explore the Side Panel
• Browse through the list of loads or choose options like Create Load Alert to customize your search further.

Creating Load Alerts
Below we will walk you through Creating Load Alerts:
Step 1: Start the Process
• If none of the listed loads meet your needs, click on Create Load Alert - It’s Free.

Step 2: Customize Your Alert
• A side panel will appear, allowing you to define parameters such as load duration and preferences. For advanced customization, you’ll be redirected to the Super Dispatch website.

Load Alerts: No Loads Available
If no additional loads are available when using the extension, you’ll see a screen prompting you to set up a Load Alert. Follow the steps outlined above to create a custom alert and stay updated on relevant loads.
Load Alerts: Notifications Not Set Up
If notifications aren’t configured in Carrier TMS, the extension will display a screen guiding you to set them up.
Step 1: Access Notification Settings
• Click the provided link to navigate to the Notification Settings page.

Step 2: Choose Notification Preferences
• Select your preferred notification method: Email, SMS, or both.
Not Logged In
If you’re not logged into the system, the extension will prompt you to do so.
Step 1: Log In
• Click Carrier Log In and enter your credentials.
Step 2: Confirm Setup
• Once logged in, you’ll see a confirmation screen indicating that your setup is complete.
