Introduction
When updating the bank account linked to your SuperPay account, providing the correct documentation ensures a smooth and secure process. Below, we outline the acceptable forms of verification and the key requirements for each.
Accepted Documentation for Bank Verification
Below we will go over Accepted Documentation for Bank Verification:
Voided Check (Preferred Method)
The most secure and straightforward method for updating your bank account is by submitting a voided check. To be accepted, the check must:
- Match Business Name – The name on the check must match the business name registered with Super Dispatch. Personal bank accounts are not accepted.
- Show Routing and Account Numbers – Both numbers must be clearly visible.
- Be Voided – The check must have “VOID” written on it to prevent unauthorized use.
Alternative Official Bank Documents
If you cannot provide a voided check, we may accept a different official document from your bank. These documents must:
- Be on Bank Letterhead – The document must be issued directly by the bank and printed on official letterhead.
- Contain All Necessary Information – It must include the account holder’s name, account number, and routing number.
- Match Business Name – The business name on the account must match the one registered with Super Dispatch.
In some instances, we may accept two documents if one includes the routing and account number but does not display the business name (e.g., a starter check). In this case, a bank statement or a screenshot of your online bank account showing the account number and business name may be required.
Unacceptable Documentation
To protect your account security, the following documents will not be accepted:
Personal Accounts & Unverified Documents
- Personal Bank Accounts – We only accept business bank accounts.
- Starter Checks – Checks without a printed business name are not valid.
- Handwritten Direct Deposit Forms – Only official bank-verified documents are accepted.
Direct Deposit Forms Not Pre-Filled by the Bank
Many banks allow customers to generate direct deposit forms themselves, which we cannot verify. Examples of unacceptable forms:
Third-Party Generated Documents
- Documents from third-party websites (e.g., voidedcheck.com) are not valid.
We reserve the right to reject any document that appears to be altered, fraudulent, or does not meet security requirements.
