Introduction

If you want to post loads to another LoadBoard through your Super Dispatch account, you first need to obtain your LoadBoard UID. Follow the steps below to get set up.

Retrieve Your LoadBoard UID

Below, we will show you how to Retrieve Your LoadBoard UID:

Step 1: Log Into Your LoadBoard Account

• Navigate to the LoadBoard website and sign in to your account.

Step 2: Access the Import Vehicles Section

• Click on Ship Vehicles in the main menu.

• Select Import Vehicles from the dropdown menu.

Step 3: Submit the Email Integration Request

• Fill out the Signup for Email Integration form.

• Submit your request.

Note: Most shippers receive a response quickly, but in some cases, it may take 24-48 
hours to receive your UID. Once approved, you’ll be provided with a LoadBoard UID that 
enables integration.

Link Your LoadBoard UID in Super Dispatch

Step 1: Log Into Your Super Dispatch Shipper TMS Account

• Navigate to the Shipper Profile in your Super Dispatch account.

  

Step 2: Edit Internal Use Info

• Scroll down to Connect to your Other Loadboard

  

Step 3: Enter Your LoadBoard UID

• Locate the LoadBoard UID field.

• Enter the UID provided by the LoadBoard.

Step 4: Save Your Changes

• Click Save to confirm the update.

Post Loads to Other LoadBoards

Now that your LoadBoard UID is linked to your Super Dispatch account, you can post loads to both Super Dispatch and other LoadBoards at the same time, expanding your load visibility and streamlining your workflow.
