Introduction
The Tagging feature on the Super Loadboard in Carrier TMS allows you to save loads for later review or action, streamlining your workflow and improving load management. Saved loads are stored in a dedicated Saved tab for quick access whenever you need them.
How to Tag Loads
Step 1 — Navigate to the Super Loadboard
Log in to Carrier TMS and select Super Loadboard from the left navigation menu. This is where all available loads are listed and where the Tagging feature is accessible.
Step 2 — Locate the Tag Icon
- Browse the Super Loadboard and find a load you want to save.
- Click the Tag Icon located next to the load details.
Step 3 — Access the Saved Tab
- Once tagged, the load will appear in the Saved tab of your Carrier TMS interface.
- This tab organizes all your saved loads in one place for easy access.
What Happens When a Saved Load Is Unposted?
- Marked as Unavailable: If a saved load gets unposted by the shipper, it will be marked as unavailable in your Saved tab for 7 days before being automatically removed.
- Reposted Loads: If the same load is unposted and then reposted, it will remain in your Saved tab.
Load Details View
When viewing load details on the Super Loadboard, you can quickly check the status of any saved load:
- Saved Loads: Clearly marked so you can identify them at a glance.
