| Photo Inspection | Drivers must take six photos of the vehicle at both pickup and delivery locations. These photos must be taken within a 1-mile radius of each location. |
| Signature Collection | Drivers must collect and obtain signatures in person within a 1-mile radius of both the pickup and delivery locations. |
| Status Updates | After completing the inspection, the driver must update the load status within a 1-mile radius of the pickup and delivery locations. |
