Step 1: Access the Filters Option

• Navigate to the Orders Section in Shipper TMS, and click on Add Filter.

• From the dropdown list, select the option labeled Payment Status.

Step 2: Select the SuperPay Payment Status

• Choose the specific SuperPay Payment Status you wish to locate.

• You can filter by one specific status or select multiple statuses to see all relevant SuperPay orders.

Step 3: View Your SuperPay Orders

• Once you’ve applied the filter, all SuperPay orders that match your selected payment statuses will be displayed in the Orders Section.
