2 Factor Authentication In the Driver App

Introduction

The Super Dispatch Driver App uses 2-factor authentication (2FA) to protect your account. After you enter your email and password, you'll also enter a one-time 6-digit code sent to your email or phone. This makes it much harder for anyone else to get into your account, even if they know your password.

Benefits

  • No hardware token or extra app needed. Your code is sent by email or SMS.
  • A limit on code attempts helps stop brute force attacks.
  • Logging in only takes one extra step.

How to Log In With 2FA (Email Code)

Step 1: Open the Driver App

  • Open the Super Dispatch Driver App and tap Login.

Step 2: Enter Your Email and Password

  • Enter your email and password, then tap Login.

Step 3: Get Your Verification Code

  • A screen appears saying a temporary 6-digit login code was sent to your email address, with a Verification Code field.
  • Didn't get it? Check your spam folder, or tap Resend code.

Step 4: Check Your Email

  • Open your email inbox and find the One-Time Verification Code email from Super Dispatch. The 6-digit code is in the middle of the email.

Step 5: Enter the Code

  • Go back to the Driver App, enter the code in the Verification Code field, and tap Log In.

How to Get Your Code by Text Message (SMS)

If you'd rather get your code by text, you can switch to SMS from the verification screen. After you switch, future codes are sent to you by text message.

Step 1: Tap Receive Code via SMS

  • On the verification screen, tap Receive Code via SMS (Text Message) below the Log In button.

Step 2: Check Your Text Messages

  • Open your phone's Messages app and find the text from Super Dispatch with your 6-digit code.
  • Go back to the Driver App, enter the code, and tap Log In.

What are the benefits of 2FA?

2FA is one of the most secure ways to protect your account from hackers. Even if someone gets your password, they can't log in without the code sent to your email or phone.

Can I turn off 2FA?

No. 2FA is required for all Driver App accounts to keep them secure, and there is no option to turn it off.
