Trouble Logging In to the Driver App?
If you're having trouble logging in to the Driver App, don’t worry—most login issues can be resolved by checking your credentials or resetting your password. Follow the steps below based on your account type.
For Owner-Operators
If you're an Owner-Operator please follow the steps below:
Step 1: Check Your Email
Make sure you're using the same email address you used when signing up for Super Dispatch. Typos or using the wrong email are common issues.
Step 2: Reset Your Password
If you're using the correct email but still see an “Incorrect Password” message:
- Tap the Forgot Password? link on the Driver App login screen.
- Follow the instructions to reset your password via email.

Step 3: Still Locked Out?
If you've tried the steps above and still can’t access your account, contact your dispatcher or account admin for assistance.
For Fleet Drivers
If you're a Fleet Driver please follow the below steps:
Step 1: Check for Typos and Case Sensitivity
Make sure your email and password are entered exactly as provided by your dispatcher. Both fields are case-sensitive, so be sure to enter them exactly as given.
Step 2: Reset Your Password
- Tap the Forgot Password? link on the Driver App login screen.
- Enter your email address to receive a password reset link.

Step 3: Still Can’t Log In?
If you're still unable to log in, please contact your dispatcher or account admin. They manage your access to the Driver App and can confirm or reset your login credentials.
Quick Recap
- Double-check your email for typos before logging in.
- Always use the Forgot Password link if you can’t remember your password.
- Support cannot send password reset links—use the in-app reset option instead.
- Fleet drivers should contact their dispatcher if login issues persist.
- Owner-operators can verify account access using the same email used for signup.
Following these steps will quickly get you back into the Driver App and on the road.
