Introduction
Documenting vehicle damage is a critical part of the transport process. The Super Dispatch Driver App makes it quick and easy to mark damage during both pickup and delivery inspections. Properly noting damage protects you and your customers, and ensures clear communication throughout the process.
How to Mark Damage in the Driver App
Step 1: Open the Driver App
- Launch the Super Dispatch Driver App on your mobile device.
- Log in to your account.
Step 2: Select the Relevant Load
- Navigate to the Loads screen.
- Choose the load in either the New, Picked Up, or Delivered tab that corresponds with the vehicle you need to inspect.
- Tap Start Pickup Inspection or Start Delivery Inspection to begin.
Step 3: Take a Photo and Select It
- Take a photo of the vehicle.
- Select the photo where damage is visible to begin the marking process.
Step 4: Mark the Damage
- Select the damage type (e.g., Dent, Broken, Chipped, etc.).
- Tap the area on the vehicle image where the damage is located (e.g., front bumper, passenger door).
- A red marker will appear on the selected area of the photo, indicating the damage location.
Step 5: Add Additional Photos (Optional)
- Tap the Camera icon to take more photos of the damaged area.
- Follow the prompts to upload clear and focused images that show the extent of the damage.
- Tip: Some shippers may require specific photos. Always check the load instructions before skipping or adding extra images.
Step 6: Review and Confirm
- Review the damage markings and associated photos.
- Tap Next or Finish to complete the inspection and save your report.
Step 7: Collect Signature
- Ask the shipper or receiver to review and sign off on the inspection report.
- This confirms that all damages were reviewed and agreed upon at pickup or delivery.

- Damages Tracker: A clear vehicle diagram shows all damage markers and associated photos in one place.
- Photo & Video Viewer: Swipe left or right to view all photos and videos taken during the inspection. Tap to enlarge any image, and get a reminder if any required photos are missing.
- Toggle Between Pickup and Delivery: Quickly compare pickup and delivery inspections with a single tap.
