Introduction
Documenting vehicle damage is an essential part of any transport process, and with the Super Dispatch Driver App, marking damage is quick and easy. Whether you’re picking up or delivering a vehicle, properly noting any pre-existing or new damage helps protect both you and your customers.
Marking Damage In The Driver App
If you need to mark damage on a vehicle using the Super Dispatch Driver App, follow these easy steps to document them properly.
Step 1: Open the Driver App
Launch the Super Dispatch Driver App on your mobile device and and login to your account.

Step 2: Select the Relevant Order

From the Loads page locate the load in the New, Picked Up, or Delivered tab associated with the vehicle you need to inspect.

Once inside the load details screen, select the Start Pickup Inspection button to begin the vehicle inspection process.
Step 3: Taking Photos & Selecting Photo

Take a photo of the vehicle.

Select the photo where the Damage appears.
Step 4: Marking Damage on Inspection Photos

Select the type of Damage (e.g, Dent, Broken, Chipped, etc.).

Tap the specific area of the vehicle where the damage is located (e.g., front bumper, side panels, etc.).

Once you select the area, a damage marker will appear on the photo.
Step 5: Add Photos (Optional)

To add additional photos of the damage, tap on the Camera icon

Follow the prompts to capture and upload clear pictures that show the extent of the damage.
Note: Some Shippers may require additional photos. It is always best practice to read the instructions of the load to make sure before skipping, or adding additional photos. If you have any questions please consult with the Shipper for more details.
Step 6: Review and Confirm

Once all of the damage is marked, review the diagram and photos to ensure everything is documented.

Tap Next or Finish to complete the inspection and save the damage report.
Step 7: Get Signature

After marking all damage, ask the shipper or receiver to sign off on the inspection report. This step helps document that all damage has been documented and agreed upon at delivery and pickup.
And you're done! You’ve successfully marked damage using the Super Dispatch Driver App to ensure everything is clearly documented.
