Introduction
Deleting an order in the Super Dispatch Mobile App is simple and straightforward.
Please Note: This option is not available when Fleet Mode is enabled in the Carrier TMS Dashboard. Follow the step-by-step instructions below for iOS and Android devices.
How to Delete an Order on iOS
Step 1: Locate the Order

Navigate to the Orders List and find the order you want to delete.
Step 2: Swipe Left

Swipe Left on the Order square.
Step 3: Tap Delete

A red square labeled Delete will appear. Tap the Delete button.
Step 4: Confirm Deletion

A dialog box will pop up asking you to confirm. Tap Delete to finalize the removal of the order.
How to Delete an Order on Android
Step 1: Locate the Order

Navigate to the Orders List and find the order you wish to delete.
Step 2: Tap and Hold

Tap and hold your finger on the order square. The square will turn red, and a red trashcan icon will appear in the top-right corner of the screen.

Step 3: Tap the Trashcan

Tap the red trashcan icon to delete the order.
