Profile Menu Overview in the Driver App

    Introduction

    The Profile Menu in the Super Dispatch Driver App is where you manage your personal details, your carrier profile, app settings, and support options. To open it, tap the Profile icon in the bottom-right corner of the app.

    Profile Menu Overview

    Your name appears at the top of the Profile Menu. Below it, options are grouped under My Carrier and Help Center, followed by App Settings and Log Out.

    Option Where to find it What it does
    Driver Profile Tap your name at the top Manage your personal info, password, driver signature, driver preferences, and trailer capacity.
    Carrier Profile Tap your carrier's name under My Carrier View and update company details, including carrier info, cargo insurance, billing, documents, and ACH payment info.
    Chat with Support Help Center Start a conversation with the Super Dispatch support team from the app.
    Help Documentation Help Center Opens the Super Dispatch Help Center with guides for every part of the platform.
    Create Practice Load Help Center Creates a practice load so you can learn the full load lifecycle: New, Picked Up, Delivered, Billed, and Archived.
    App Settings Below Help Center Set status update preferences, loadboard notifications, your navigation app, and Face ID login, and review the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
    Log Out Bottom of the menu Signs you out of the Driver App.

    Driver Profile

    Tap your name at the top of the Profile Menu to open your Driver Profile.

    Edit Your Signature

    1. Tap Driver Signature.
    2. Tap Clear Signature to remove the existing one.
    3. Sign your name and tap Save.

    Update Your Personal Information

    1. Tap Personal Info.
    2. Make your changes and tap Save.

    Carrier Profile

    Tap your carrier's name under My Carrier to open the Carrier Profile. It includes:

    • Overview
    • Carrier Info
    • Cargo Insurance
    • Billing Info
    • W-9 Form
    • State Motor Carrier Permit
    • ACH Payment Info
    • SuperPay
    • Terms and Conditions

    Important: If you're part of a fleet, don't edit the Carrier Profile unless you're the fleet owner. Owner-operators who complete the Carrier Profile are automatically submitted for Verified Carrier status.
