Welcome to Super Dispatch! In this article, we’ll guide you through the Profile Menu in the Super Dispatch Mobile App. Whether you’re a new user or just exploring all the app’s features, this overview will help you better understand what the Profile Menu offers and how to make the most of it.
The Profile Menu can be accessed by tapping the Profile Icon in the bottom right corner of the app. Here’s what you’ll find and how to use it effectively.
Profile Menu Features
The Profile Menu contains the following options:

Overview Of Driver Profile
The Driver Profile is where you can manage and update your personal details, including your Name, Phone Number, Trailer Capacity, and Driver Signature.

Step 1: To edit your signature:

Tap Edit Signature.

Select Clear Signature to remove the current signature.

Sign your name and tap Save.
Step 2: To update personal information:

Tap Edit Personal Info.
-
Make the necessary changes and tap Save.
Carrier Profile
The Carrier Profile includes the following sections:

Carrier Info

Contact Info

Cargo Insurance

Documents (e.g., W9, USDOT Certificate)

ACH Payment

Terms and Conditions
Important Notes:
• Fleet Drivers: Unless you are the Fleet Owner, do not edit this section.
• Owner Operators: Completing the Carrier Profile fully will automatically submit your application for Verified Carrier status.

How To Create A Practice Load
Every new account includes a Practice Load to help users learn how to move a load through its lifecycle: New → Picked Up → Delivered → Billed → Archived.
Note:If you’d like to start fresh, simply create a new practice load.

Settings Menu
The Settings Menu allows you to adjust several app features:
Status Updates: Enable or disable the Send Status Update button for loads sent by brokers and shippers. Learn more here.
Loadboard Notifications: Manage notifications for your Load Alerts.
Location and Maps: Set your preferred mapping app (e.g., Google Maps, Apple Maps, Waze).
Log In with Face ID: Enable Face ID login for added convenience.
Terms of Service: Review the app’s Terms and Conditions.
Privacy Policy: Access Super Dispatch’s Privacy Policy.

Log Out
Tap Log Out to securely exit your account.
