Introduction
The Profile Menu in the Super Dispatch Driver App is where you manage your personal details, carrier profile, app settings, and support options. This article walks through each section so you know where to find what you need.
To access the Profile Menu, tap the Profile icon in the bottom-right corner of the app.
Profile Menu Overview
The Profile Menu displays your driver avatar at the top and organizes options under two sections — My Carrier and Help Center — with App Settings and Log Out appearing below.

| My Carrier | Driver Profile | Manage your personal info, password, driver signature, driver preferences, and trailer capacity. |
| Carrier Profile | View and update company-level details including carrier info, contact info, insurance, documents, billing, and ACH payment. | |
| Help Center | Chat with Support | Start a live conversation with the Super Dispatch support team directly from the app. |
| Help Documentation | Opens the Super Dispatch Help Center with guides and articles covering all platform features. | |
| Create Practice Load | Creates a practice load to help you learn the full load lifecycle: New → Picked Up → Delivered → Billed → Archived. | |
| — | App Settings | Configure status update preferences, loadboard notifications, navigation app, Face ID login, and review Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. |

Driver Profile
The Driver Profile is where you manage your personal details and preferences. Tap Driver Profile under My Carrier to access the following:
Editing Your Signature
- Tap Driver Signature.
- Tap Clear Signature to remove the existing one.
- Sign your name and tap Save.
Updating Personal Information
- Tap Personal Info.
- Make your changes and tap Save.
Carrier Profile
The Carrier Profile contains company-level information. Tap Carrier Profile under My Carrier to view or update carrier info, contact details, cargo insurance, documents, billing, and ACH payment settings.
