Introduction
This guide shows you how to force sync a load in the Super Dispatch Driver App (iOS and Android) when a pickup, delivery, or other update hasn't reached Carrier TMS.
To force sync, open the order in the Driver App, place three fingers on an empty area of the screen, and press and hold. Then tap Sync Now. Pulling down on the loads list only refreshes the list. It does not force a sync.
Use this when a load status in the app shows in gray (for example, PICKEDUP or DELIVERED) instead of orange for Picked Up or green for Delivered. Gray means the update hasn't synced yet.
How to Force Sync a Load
Step 1: Update and Open the Driver App
- Make sure you have the latest version of the Driver App. Search for Super Dispatch in the App Store (iPhone) or Google Play Store (Android) and tap Update if one is available.
- Open the Driver App.
Step 2: Look for a Gray Load Status
- On the Loads screen, a gray status (for example, PICKEDUP or DELIVERED) means the load hasn't synced. A synced load shows orange for Picked Up or green for Delivered.

Step 3: Force Sync
- Open the order that isn't syncing.
- Place three fingers on an empty area of the screen (anywhere there's no button), then press and hold.

- A Warning message appears. Tap Sync Now to send the order to Carrier TMS right away.

Important: Only use force sync when a load hasn't synced for a long time. Most loads sync on their own.
Step 4: Wait for the Sync to Complete
- The app syncs the order with Carrier TMS. This can take a few moments, depending on your connection and how many orders need to sync.
Step 5: Refresh Your Orders List
- When the sync finishes, go back to your orders list and pull down to refresh it.
- This only reloads the list. The three-finger press and hold in Step 3 is what forces the sync.

Step 6: Check the Order Status
- Confirm the order now appears correctly in both the Driver App and Carrier TMS. The status should be orange for Picked Up or green for Delivered.

Step 7: Restart the App (If Needed)
- If the load still isn't syncing, force close the Driver App, reopen it, and repeat the force sync in Step 3.
