Introduction
If you drive for multiple carriers, the Super Dispatch Driver App lets you switch between carrier accounts so you can manage the right loads for the right company. Switching carriers updates what you see in the app, including your assigned loads and notifications.
How to Switch Between Carriers in the Driver App
- Open the Driver App and log in (if you aren’t already).
-
Tap the carrier name in the upper-left corner of the screen.
- Select the carrier you want to switch to. The app will reload and update to show that carrier’s information.
Tip: After switching, you’ll only see loads assigned by the selected carrier.
How to Request to Join a Carrier
If you need to drive for a new carrier, you can send a request to join from inside the Driver App.
Step 1: Tap “Join Carrier”
- Open the carrier list (tap the carrier name in the upper-left corner).
- Tap Join Carrier.
- Search for the carrier using their USDOT number.
Important: Double-check the carrier name/details before sending your request to ensure you’re joining the correct company.
Step 2: Send the request
- After confirming the carrier details, tap Request to Join Carrier.
- A confirmation message will appear letting you know the request was sent.
- Tap Got it to return to the carrier list.
Step 3: Wait for carrier approval
- Your request will show as Pending until the carrier approves it.
- You’ll receive a notification when you’re approved.
Accepting an Invitation from a Carrier
Carriers can also invite you to join their company. If you receive an invitation, you can accept it directly in the Driver App.
Step 1: Watch for a push notification
- You’ll receive a push notification when a carrier invites you.
Step 2: Open the carrier list and accept
- Tap the carrier name in the upper-left corner.
- Pending invitations appear at the top of the list.
- Open the invitation and tap Accept.
- Once accepted, you’ll be automatically switched to that carrier.
Things to Keep in Mind
Load access
- When you switch carriers, you’ll only see loads assigned by that carrier.
Notifications
- Make sure notifications are enabled so you don’t miss updates after switching.
Permissions
- If you don’t see a carrier in your list, the carrier may need to add you as a driver in their system first.
Driver verification
- Some carriers may require additional verification before you can accept or complete their loads.
