Introduction
After completing a load, drivers have the opportunity to rate the shipper they worked with directly from the Driver App. Leaving a rating helps build a trustworthy and transparent experience on the platform—and it helps other carriers know what to expect when working with the same shipper. This guide will walk you through the steps to leave a shipper rating from the Driver App.
Note: This only works if "Enable Rating Management" is selected in the "Driver App Settings."

How to Rate a Shipper in the Driver App
Step 1: Open the Driver App
- Launch the Super Dispatch Driver App on your mobile device.
Step 2: Tap on “Profile”
- From the main screen, tap the “Profile” button. This is the rightmost icon at the bottom of the screen.
Step 3: Tap on Your Company Name
- On the Profile page, tap your Company Name, which appears as the third line from the top.
Step 4: Go to “Overview”
- Tap the “Overview” section to see your company stats and activity.
Step 5: Scroll to the “Ratings” Section
- Scroll down until you see the “Ratings” section.
Step 6: Tap “Ratings to Give”
- In this section, you’ll see any loads that are waiting for you to provide a rating for the shipper.
Step 7: Select “Rate Shipper”
- Find the shipper you want to rate and tap “Rate Shipper”.
- Select the appropriate rating and, if applicable, leave a comment to share feedback on your experience.
