Introduction
If you need to update your contact details, trailer capacity, password, or signature, you can do it directly in the Driver App in just a few simple steps.
⚠️ Important: Personal information such as name, phone number, and email address can only be updated by the driver themselves directly in the Driver App. Dispatchers and carriers do not have the ability to edit a driver's personal information on their behalf. If a driver's contact details need to be changed, please have the driver follow the steps below.
Steps to Edit Your Personal Info
Follow the instructions below to edit your name, phone number, email, and trailer capacity:
Step 1: Open the Driver App
Launch the Super Dispatch Driver App on your mobile device.
Step 2: Tap Your Name at the Top
On the main screen, tap your name located at the top of the app to open your profile.
Step 3: Tap "Edit Personal Info"
Select Edit Personal Info to make changes to:
- Your Name
- Email Address
- Phone Number
- Trailer Capacity
Step 4: Save Changes
After making your updates, tap Save to apply the changes to your profile.
Other Information You Can Update
From the main screen of the Driver App, you can also update:
- Password: Tap Change Password to reset your login password.
- Driver Signature: Tap Add Signature to create or update your electronic signature.
