SuperCard Overview

What Is SuperCard?

SuperCard is Super Dispatch's fuel and fleet card. It gives carriers discounts at thousands of fuel stations, maintenance perks, built-in IFTA reporting, and more.

Super Dispatch partnered with AtoB, a fuel card used by Uber Freight, Truckstop, and thousands of carriers nationwide, to build a card for car haulers. SuperCard comes as a physical and virtual card for fuel, maintenance, and fleet expenses, and it earns savings automatically. It connects to your Super Dispatch account, so your card transactions are tracked alongside your loads.

Accessing SuperCard in Carrier TMS

Click SuperCard in the Carrier TMS left-hand menu. The SuperCard menu includes Home, Transactions, Fuel Map, Extra Savings, Cards, IFTA Report, SuperCard Statements, Payment History, and Payment Methods.

Setting Up Your Card

The first time you open SuperCard, a banner walks you through three setup steps:

1. Connect a bank account. This is required to activate your account. The linked account pays off your weekly balance.
2. Order a Virtual Card. You can use the virtual card right away, including by adding it to Apple Pay or Google Pay.
3. View discounts in the Fuel Map. Find stations where your card earns a discount.

Dashboard Overview

The SuperCard Home page shows:

• Available to Spend: your available credit and limit for the current period.
• Super Dispatch Savings: the total you've saved through discounts.
• Upcoming Payment: the amount due for the billing period, with a Pay Now button.
• Card Transactions: a list of purchases made with your card.
• Spend Analysis: a chart of your spending by category over time.

Fuel Map

The Fuel Map shows every fuel station where SuperCard is accepted, along with its discounted price. Search by route to help drivers fill up at the cheapest stations along the way.

How to Use the Fuel Map

1. Click Fuel Map in the SuperCard menu.
2. Search for a location or route. The map shows nearby stations that accept SuperCard.
3. Click a station pin, or a station in the list, to see its current discounted price.

Discounts apply automatically when you pay with SuperCard. You don't need a coupon code or activation.

Extra Savings

Extra Savings lists partner merchants that offer SuperCard discounts on maintenance, tires, warranties, and more.

Examples of Extra Savings Partners

To use an offer, click How to Claim? on the partner's tile in Extra Savings. You'll see instructions and any promo code you need. Offers can change, so check Extra Savings for the latest.

IFTA Report

SuperCard can generate your quarterly IFTA (International Fuel Tax Agreement) report through AtoB, using your connected telematics data and fuel purchases. This saves hours of manual calculations at filing time.

How to Generate Your IFTA Report

1. Click IFTA Report in the SuperCard menu.
2. Select the year, then find the quarter you need.
3. Click Generate IFTA report next to that quarter.

Reports are available once a quarter has closed and include fuel purchase totals by jurisdiction.

Managing Payments

SuperCard Statements

Monthly statements summarize your card activity for each billing period. Download them as PDF or CSV files for bookkeeping or expense reports.

Payment History

See every payment made toward your SuperCard balance, including the date, amount, and payment method.

Payment Methods

• Add or remove linked bank accounts.
• Set a default payment method for automatic payments.
• Check the status of connected accounts.
