What Is SuperCard?

SuperCard is Super Dispatch's fuel and fleet card, giving carriers access to discounts at thousands of fuel stations, maintenance perks, built-in IFTA reporting, and much more.

Super Dispatch has teamed up with AtoB, a fuel card trusted by Uber Freight, Truckstop, and thousands of carriers nationwide, to create a card specifically designed for car haulers. SuperCard is a physical and virtual card that lets carriers pay for fuel, maintenance, and fleet expenses while automatically earning savings. It connects directly to your Super Dispatch account, so all transactions are tracked in one place alongside your loads.

Accessing SuperCard in Carrier TMS

SuperCard is accessible directly from the Carrier TMS navigation menu. Once your card is set up, you'll see your full dashboard with your available balance, upcoming payments, and recent transactions.

Setting Up Your Card

When you first access SuperCard, a setup banner walks you through three steps:

1. Connect your bank account — this is a required step to activate your account. Link a bank account to pay off your weekly balance
2. Order a Virtual Card — order a virtual card and access it immediately to start using your card
3. Pay with Super Dispatch Card — start using your card at eligible merchants. Follow these steps to add your virtual card to Apple or Google Pay

Dashboard Overview

The SuperCard dashboard displays:

• Available to Spend — your current available line of credit
• Super Dispatch Savings — total savings earned through discounts
• Upcoming Payment — any scheduled payments or balances due
• Card Transactions — a running list of all purchases made with your card
• Spend Analysis — a chart breaking down spending by category over time

Fuel Map

The Fuel Map shows all fuel merchants where you can use your SuperCard and earn discounts. You can encourage your drivers to fill at the cheapest stations on their route by using the search with "Route" functionality.

How to Use the Fuel Map

1. Open the Fuel Map tab in your SuperCard dashboard
2. The map will display nearby merchants where your SuperCard is accepted
3. Click on a merchant pin to see current discount pricing

Fuel discounts are applied automatically at the pump or register when you swipe your SuperCard — no coupon codes or activation required.

Extra Savings

Beyond fuel, SuperCard includes an Extra Savings catalog with partner merchants offering discounts on maintenance, tires, roadside assistance, and more.

Examples of Current Extra Savings Partners

To redeem a partner discount, click the merchant tile in the Extra Savings catalog inside your SuperCard dashboard. Instructions and any required promo codes will be shown there.

IFTA Report

SuperCard can help you automatically generate quarterly IFTA (International Fuel Tax Agreement) reports based on your integrated telematics data and fuel purchases. This saves carriers hours of manual record-keeping during filings.

Downloading Your IFTA Report

1. Open the IFTA Report tab in your SuperCard dashboard
2. Select the quarter you need (Q1, Q2, Q3, or Q4)
3. Click Download to save the report as a PDF

IFTA reports are available for each quarter once that quarter has closed. Reports include fuel purchase totals by jurisdiction.

Managing Payments

The SuperCard dashboard includes dedicated sections for managing your payment activity and account.

Statements

Monthly statements summarize all card activity for the billing period. You can download statements as PDFs and CSVs from the Statements tab for bookkeeping or expense reporting.

Payment History

The Payment History tab shows all payments made toward your SuperCard balance, including dates, amounts, and payment methods used.

Payment Methods

From the Payment Methods tab you can:

• Add or remove linked bank accounts
• Set a default payment method for automatic payments
• View the status of connected accounts
