Broker Verification Process

Super Dispatch requires the following from all users registering under this verification process:

  1. Copy of the USDOT certificate

  2. Two PDF pages showing Surety Bond insurance on the FMCSA website

  3. Copy of a Certificate of Insurance covering General Liability.

  4. W-9 file

    1. PDF page of the company profile in OpenCorporates.com

    2. Save their website URL.

  5. Representative/Officer’s Drivers License OR letter of intent from the company email.

It is essential that Brokers using Super Dispatch stay in compliance with the regulations of the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA). To do this, they must acquire US Department of Transportation (USDOT) and Surety Bond insurance. This insurance protects them and their customers against potential losses and claims during business transactions. Having these two insurances policies in place is a secure way for brokers to safeguard their interests while using Super Dispatch.


Dealer Verification Process

Super Dispatch requires the following from all users registering under this verification process:

  1. Certificate of Surety Bond insurance Copy of the Dealer License certificate.

  2. W-9 file PDF page of the company profile in OpenCorporates.com. Save the website URL.

  3. Copy of a Certificate of Insurance covering General Liability

  4. Representative/Officer’s Drivers License OR letter of intent from the company email.

State governments regulate Dealers on Super Dispatch as they're required to obtain a Dealer's License and Surety Bond Insurance. These laws, regulations, and requirements differ from state to state, so you'll want to check your local laws for more specific information.

Super Dispatch requires the following from all users registering under this verification process:

  1. W-9 file PDF page of the company profile in OpenCorporates.com. Save the website URL.

  2. Representative/Officer’s Drivers License OR letter of intent from the company email.

  3. Copy of a Certificate of Insurance covering General Liability

  4. Check BBB.com and download the company profile.
