Introduction
To ensure the security and legitimacy of all users on Super Dispatch, every shipper must complete a verification process before posting loads on the Super Loadboard. Verification helps protect carriers and shippers alike by reducing fraud and confirming business legitimacy.
How to Start Shipper Verification
Shipper verification is started directly from your Shipper TMS profile.
Step 1: Open Your Shipper Profile
Go to your Shipper Profile using the link below:
Step 2: Click “Get Verified Now”
At the top of your profile, click Get Verified Now in the banner to open the Verification Application.
Step 3: Enter Company Details
In the verification flow, you’ll be asked to provide:
- Your shipper type
- Legal company name
- Company address

Required documents vary based on your shipper type. Use the table below to understand what’s needed.

Business Phone Number Verification
As part of the verification process, Super Dispatch verifies your business phone number to confirm company legitimacy.
How Phone Verification Works
- Brokers: We contact the phone number listed on the FMCSA record.
- Dealers & Other Shippers: We verify your phone number during a call to your business office.
This step is required before your verification can be approved.
Final Approval
Once all required documents are submitted and verified:
- Your shipper account will be marked as Verified
- You’ll gain full access to post loads on the Super Loadboard
- Carriers will see your verified status when viewing your loads
