Super Dispatch's Instant Transfer program allows trusted carriers to receive payments within seconds, bypassing the typical 2-5 day ACH bank processing time. This feature, available any time including weekends and holidays, is initiated by the shipper and advanced by Super Dispatch for a disclosed fee. It offers fast access to funds, transparent fees, and real-time payment visibility, improving cash flow control for carriers. If a shipper's payment fails, Super Dispatch reserves the right to recover the advanced funds. Carriers can accept offers via Carrier TMS or email notifications, and support is available for any issues encountered.
Introduction
Instant Transfer is a beta program developed, owned, and managed by Super Dispatch to help trusted carriers access payments faster. Instead of waiting the standard 2–5 days for ACH bank processing, eligible carriers can now receive funds within seconds—any time of day, including weekends and holidays.
This real-time payment feature is powered and funded directly by Super Dispatch. Once a shipper initiates payment for a delivered load, Super Dispatch immediately advances the full amount to the carrier for a small, clearly disclosed fee.
Please note: In the event that the shipper’s payment fails, is reversed, or otherwise cannot be collected, Super Dispatch reserves the right to recoup the advanced funds from the carrier.
What is Instant Transfer?
Instant Transfer is a Super Dispatch-operated payout option designed to deliver fast, secure, and transparent access to funds for eligible carriers. Once a shipper sends a payment through Super Dispatch, we front the funds to the carrier in real time—so there’s no waiting for bank delays.
- Initiated by the Shipper: The process starts only when the shipper triggers payment.
- Advanced by Super Dispatch: Super Dispatch immediately pays out the funds to the carrier.
- Backed by Most U.S. Banks: Transfers occur over a secure, widely supported network.

What Happens If a Payment Fails?
Instant Transfer allows faster access to funds by advancing the shipper’s payment to the carrier. However, if the underlying payment from the shipper fails, the responsibility to resolve any payment issues still falls on the carrier. In such cases, carriers should contact the shipper directly to address any disputes or non-payment concerns.
Edge Cases and Special Scenarios
While Instant Transfer is built to provide fast and seamless access to your funds, there are a few situations where certain conditions or limitations might apply. Here’s what to expect if things don’t go exactly as planned:
Payment Pending
After a shipper initiates payment, you may see a Payment Pending message. This means the transfer is still processing.
What to expect: In most cases, Instant Transfer payments are completed within 5–10 seconds. While rare delays may occur, the system is designed to confirm success or failure very quickly—making longer wait times extremely uncommon.
Final outcome: In most cases, the payment will be successful and deposited shortly. If the payment fails, the transfer will be handled through the standard SuperPay process—no retry option will be available for Instant Transfer.
Offer Not Available
There are a few reasons why an Instant Transfer offer might become unavailable:
- Dispatcher Overlap: If multiple dispatchers access the offer, and one of them already accepted or interacted with it, the other may see a message saying the offer is no longer available.
- Double Interaction: If a user accepts an Instant Transfer offer from the Delivered tab, then clicks a push notification for the same offer, they will be shown an “offer not available” message.
- Offer Expired: Instant Transfer offers are made available for a limited time (typically two days before payout). If the carrier has already received payment through SuperPay before accepting the offer, the Instant Transfer will no longer be available.
Error Message
Occasionally, there may be an issue related to the carrier’s bank or bank account information.
What to do: If you see an error message during the Instant Transfer process, please contact our support team. We’ll investigate the issue and help resolve it as quickly as possible.
