The article explains how SuperPay processes payments for shippers, detailing that each load results in a separate ACH withdrawal from the linked bank account. Each transaction on the bank statement will include the Order ID, the shipper's company name, and the carrier's name for clarity and reconciliation. If withdrawals are not visible, users should check for filtering or fraud prevention issues and contact their bank if needed. For further assistance, shippers can reach out to SuperPay's support team via email or chat.
Introduction
If you're a shipper using SuperPay, your payments to carriers are processed as individual ACH withdrawals from your linked bank account. This article explains how those withdrawals appear on your bank statements and what to expect for each transaction.
Each Load Is Charged Separately
SuperPay processes payments on a per-load basis. That means each load you pay for will result in a separate withdrawal from your account. If you pay for multiple loads on the same day, you’ll still see multiple line items—one for each load.
This allows for easier reconciliation and visibility into which payment corresponds to which shipment.
How the Withdrawal Will Appear
Each transaction will include:
- The phrase Order ID
- The name of your company (as the paying shipper)
- The name of the carrier you paid
Here’s an example of what a SuperPay withdrawal might look like on your bank statement:
Note: Test is a reference to this being a test load used for internal testing, this will not actually appear on your statement. This would be replaced with an actual Order I.D name.
In this example, the transaction includes:
- Order ID: Reference to the specific shipment
- Shipper: Your Company Name
- Carrier: Name of Carrier
Trouble Finding the Withdrawal?
If you don’t immediately see the payment withdrawal in your bank account, try the following steps:
- Remove any filters or search terms that might block ACH or third-party payment transactions.
- Check fraud prevention tools like Positive Pay, ACH blocks, or other anti-fraud systems. These may flag or delay unfamiliar transactions until approved manually.
- Contact your bank to verify if a withdrawal from “Super Dispatch” or “SuperD” was made but is pending review or hidden due to security settings.
If your bank uses a secure approval system for third-party withdrawals, make sure Super Dispatch is AllowListed or manually approved. You can also provide them with the Company I.D SuperD.
