Introduction
When you set up SuperPay in Carrier TMS, Super Dispatch needs to verify that your bank account is correctly configured to receive payments. The system will attempt instant verification first. If your bank does not support instant verification, a micro-deposit verification process is used instead — three small transactions are sent to your account to confirm it is compatible with SuperPay.
This article explains what micro-deposits are, when they apply, and how to complete the verification process if you receive them.
What Are Micro-Deposits?
Micro-deposits are two small deposits followed by a withdrawal of the combined amount, sent to your business bank account by Super Dispatch's payments provider. These transactions confirm that the routing and account numbers you entered are correct and that the account is active.
You must locate these amounts in your bank statement and enter them back into Carrier TMS to complete verification. The Verify Bank Account button will remain disabled until the transactions appear in your account.
How to Complete Micro-Deposit Verification
Step 1: Wait for the Micro-Deposits to Arrive
After entering your bank account details during SuperPay setup, the system will send micro-deposits to your account. These typically appear within 1–2 business days. The transactions include two small deposits followed by a withdrawal of the combined amount.

Step 2: Locate the Transaction Amounts
Once the transactions appear, note the exact dollar amounts of the two deposits. You can search your bank statement for AcctVerify to find them quickly. The withdrawal may post on a separate day.

Step 3: Enter the Amounts in Carrier TMS
Log in to Carrier TMS, navigate to Carrier Profile, and select SuperPay from the left-hand menu. Enter the deposit amounts exactly as they appear in your bank statement, then click Verify Bank Account.

Step 4: Confirm Verification
If the amounts are correct, your bank account will be marked as Verified and SuperPay will be ready to use.
Troubleshooting
Failed Verification Attempts
- You have two attempts to enter the correct amounts
- Amounts must be entered exactly as shown in your bank statement — do not round or estimate
- If both attempts fail, contact Super Dispatch Support for further assistance
Deposits Not Appearing
- Allow up to 2 business days before expecting the deposits
- Search your statement for AcctVerify — the transactions may not appear under the Super Dispatch name
- The withdrawal may post on a different day than the deposits
- Check that the routing and account numbers you entered during setup were correct
Did Not Receive Micro-Deposits?
If you were offered instant verification during setup and completed it successfully, you will not receive micro-deposits — your account is already verified. If you are unsure of your verification status, check the SuperPay section of your Carrier Profile.
Next Steps
Once your bank account is verified, SuperPay is ready to receive payments from shippers and brokers. For a full walkthrough of the SuperPay setup process, see the article below.
