    You’ll have access to both the Driver App and select features inside the Carrier TMS desktop platform, including:

    • Offers Page — View, filter, and accept load offers from shippers.
    • Super Loadboard — Search and book available loads directly from the marketplace.
    • Carrier Profile Page — Manage your company’s visibility and verification status.
    • Verified Carrier Page — Maintain credibility with shippers through Super Dispatch’s verification program.
    Note: The Lite Plan is completely free and gives you access to the Super Loadboard, but it does not include advanced reporting, automated invoicing, GPS tracking, or integrations. It’s best suited for independent carriers who manage a few loads at a time.

    Understanding Carrier TMS Pro Pricing

    Super Dispatch uses a seat-based pricing model for Carrier TMS Pro, meaning your subscription cost depends on how many active users (drivers and dispatchers) are in your account. This ensures fair pricing that grows alongside your business.

    Pricing Breakdown

    • First Seat (Driver or Dispatcher): $55/month
    • Each Additional Seat: $50/month

    Example:

    • 1 Active Driver → $55/month
    • 1 Driver + 1 Dispatcher → $100/month (1 seat at $55 + 1 seat at $50)
    Formula: $55 (first seat) + $50 × (number of additional seats) = Total Monthly Cost

    Plan Adjustments

    • Adding Seats: Adding a new driver or dispatcher will automatically update your plan, and you’ll be charged a prorated amount for the remainder of the billing cycle.
    • Deactivating Seats: Removing users takes effect at the start of your next billing cycle. Mid-cycle credits are not issued.

    To view your subscription or update payment details:

    1. Log into Carrier TMS.
    2. Click your Profile icon in the lower-left corner.
    3. Select Subscription Details to view your active plan and payment options.

    From there, you can add a new payment method, update existing information, or adjust your seat count as your team changes.
