Understanding Carrier TMS Pro Pricing
Super Dispatch uses a seat-based pricing model for Carrier TMS Pro, which means your monthly subscription cost depends on the number of active users on your account. This approach ensures a fair and consistent billing structure based on how your team uses the platform.
How Pricing Works
The cost of your Pro subscription is determined by the number of active seats—including both drivers and dispatchers—on your account.
Here’s the breakdown:
- First Seat (Driver or Dispatcher): $55/month
- Each Additional Seat: $50/month
Example:
If your company has:
- 1 active driver → Your monthly fee is $55
- 1 driver + 1 dispatcher → Your monthly fee is $105
- (1 seat at $55 + 1 seat at $50)
Note: Here is the Formula: $55 (first seat) + $50 × (number of additional seats) = Total Monthly Cost
What Triggers a Plan Change?
- Adding Seats: If you add a new driver or dispatcher and it exceeds your current plan’s seat count, your subscription will automatically update, and you’ll be charged a prorated amount for the additional user seat(s) added for the remainder of the billing cycle.
- Deactivating Seats: Removing drivers or dispatchers will take effect at the start of your next billing cycle. Prorated credits are not issued for mid-cycle deactivations.
Viewing Your Plan
To view your Subscription Details, log into the Carrier TMS desktop application HERE, click the Profile
icon in the lower left-hand corner, and click Subscription Details:
