Why Don't I See an Option to Cancel?
- If you're on a free plan, you won't see a subscription to cancel since you're not being billed. If you'd like to delete your account instead, go to Profile > Company Name > Delete Driver Account in the mobile app.
- If you're on a paid Carrier TMS plan, cancellations must be processed by our support team. Deactivating drivers or uninstalling the app does not cancel your subscription—you will continue to be billed until your cancellation is confirmed.
