Introduction
The Subscription Details page in Carrier TMS is where you manage your Super Dispatch subscription. You can choose who gets billing emails, see payment warnings, and pay a past-due balance. This article explains each of these features.
How to Open Subscription Details
- Log in to Carrier TMS.
- Go to Settings > Subscription.
Here you can see your plan, seats, price, payment method, and Subscription Contact.
Subscription Contact
The Subscription Contact is the person who gets your Super Dispatch subscription emails:
- Subscription invoices
- Payment receipts
- Failed-payment emails
Setting the Subscription Contact
- You're asked to choose a Subscription Contact at checkout when you add a card.
- Admins can change it at any time from Settings > Subscription.
Payment Warnings
Carrier TMS shows a warning when something needs your attention:
- Failed payment: A banner appears on every page when a subscription payment fails.
- Card expiring: A warning appears when your card will expire before your next charge.
Only Admins and the Subscription Contact see these warnings. They go away once the payment is made or the card is updated.
How to Pay a Past-Due Balance
If a subscription payment fails, the invoice becomes past due. Invoices that are still being retried count as past due.
Step 1: Open the Past-Due Balance
- Click the failed-payment banner, or go to Settings > Subscription.
- Open the Pay Past Due Balance drawer.
Step 2: Review Your Invoices
- Each past-due invoice shows its billing period and the amount due.
Step 3: Pay the Balance
- Confirm your payment method, or update it if your card has changed.
- Submit the payment. The warning banner goes away once the payment goes through.
Adding Users With a Past-Due Balance
While your account has a past-due balance, adding a paid user, driver, or dispatcher waits until you confirm payment. You'll see the amount due and can pay it before the new seat is added.
Reactivating Your Plan
If you reactivate a canceled or inactive plan and have a past-due balance, the amount due is shown during reactivation.
