Introduction
In this guide, we’ll walk you through how to use the tracking feature within Carrier TMS. From setting up tracking on loads to monitoring their progress, this guide ensures you can keep a clear view of your shipments in real time. Track Activity
In this section we will go over how you can track the drivers location inside of Carrier TMS. Additionally, this will allow Shippers to track their location via the Online BOL as well. Check out the guide below:
Step 1: Tracking

Click Tracking on the left hand side of your screen.
Step 2: Adding

Click Add Driver.
Step 3: Select Driver

Search for a specific driver or Select a Driver from the list. Click on the box next to the drivers name to include them in your tracking view then click Add.

Note: If their mobile device is not set up, you’ll see a notification. Once set up, you can track their latest activity. Additionally, you can click "Notify Driver" to send a push notification to their device to set it up.

Step 4: Viewing

You will be able to view the Drivers Location inside of the Tracking Tab.

Note: You can also see their device if you need to preform any trouble shooting steps with the driver to enable location services if they run into issues.
