Introduction

Assigning Loads
In this section we will go over how you can assign Loads to drivers in Carrier TMS. Check out the guide below:
Step 1: Assign Loads to Drivers

Click on the Loads tab in the left navigation menu.
Step 2: New

Click on the New section at the top.
Step 3: Assign

Navigate to the load you would like to assign to a driver and click Assign.
Note: Once a Load is assigned the Driver will receive a notification on their device
letting them know a new load has been assigned.
Step 4: Driver

Select the driver you wish to assign the load to.
Reassign Loads To Driver
Here we will show you how to reassign loads to a Driver:
Step 1: Assigned Tab

Click Assigned/Or, anything other than New

Note: Loads can only be reassigned in the "Assigned Tab, Picked Up, Delivered, Billed & Paid.

In a tab other than "Assigned" or "Picked Up" you will need to click "Options" & then "Reassign."

Step 2: Reassign

Click Reassign Select the Driver you wish to Reassign the load to.
Note: Once a load has been reassigned to a new driver the previous driver will no
longer have access to the information regarding the load inside of their app.
