Introduction
With Shipper TMS, shippers can easily manage load reposting through the new Auto-Repost settings. This feature allows you to automatically repost loads that are declined or canceled, helping ensure your loads find the right carriers efficiently. By default, the Auto-Repost feature is turned on for new shippers who join after November 4, 2024.
What is Auto-Reposting?
Auto-Reposting is a feature designed to automatically repost your declined or canceled loads back on the Super Loadboard, making it easier to connect with carriers without manually reposting. This feature saves time and helps ensure that your loads receive the attention they need. You can customize this setting to suit your preferences, enabling it for declined load requests, canceled loads, or both.
How to Manage Auto-Repost Settings
To adjust your Auto-Repost settings, follow these steps:
Step 1: Access Settings

Click on your Account Name in the lower left corner of the screen.

Step 2: Open Super Loadboard

Select Settings from the menu.
- Then Super LoadBoard
Step 3: Update Auto-Repost Settings

Scroll down to locate the options for Report Orders Automatically.

Here, you can toggle these options on or off based on your preference.
Note:
All reposted orders will retain the following:

The original pickup and delivery dates as specified prior to any negotiation or carrier request.

The total carrier price as established before any negotiation or carrier request.

Important Notes on Auto-Reposting Canceled Loads
If you choose to Auto-Repost canceled loads, note that loads will not be reposted if a carrier cancels for the following reasons:

Unit Not Ready – When the carrier selects this option.

Unknown Inoperable Vehicle – When the carrier indicates the vehicle status is unknown.

Details/Notes Added – If the carrier includes any information in the cancellation details or notes.
These exceptions ensure that loads with specific issues are not automatically reposted, allowing you to handle these cases manually as needed.
