Using Zapier with Shipper TMS
This article explains how to integrate Super Dispatch’s Shipper TMS with third-party platforms like QuickBooks Online, Salesforce, Google Sheets, and more using Zapier. Learn how to build automations (called “Zaps”) to streamline your workflow without custom development.
What Is Zapier?
Zapier is a web-based tool that connects different apps and services together. It allows Super Dispatch Shipper TMS to integrate with external systems like:
- QuickBooks Online
- Salesforce
- Google Sheets
- Dropbox
- G-Suite
These connections help automate actions between systems—without needing engineering resources.
How Does Zapier Work?
Zapier uses “Zaps” to automate actions. Each Zap consists of a trigger and an action—like an “if this, then that” logic.
Example:
If an order is marked as delivered in Shipper TMS, then create an invoice in QuickBooks Online.
In this example:
- Trigger: Order marked as delivered in Shipper TMS
- Action: Create invoice in QuickBooks Online

How to Access the Super Dispatch App in Zapier
Our Zapier app is public! You can access it in two ways:
- Search for Super Dispatch when building a new Zap
Available Triggers
These are the triggers supported by the Super Dispatch Zapier app:
- New Order – Triggers when a new order is created
- Picked Up Order – Triggers when an order’s status changes to “Picked Up”
- Delivered Order – Triggers when an order’s status changes to “Delivered”
Available Actions
These are the actions you can perform through Zapier:
- Create Order – Creates a new order in Shipper TMS
- Update Order – Updates an existing order

- Create an order in Shipper TMS from a new row in Google Sheets
- Create an order in Shipper TMS from a Salesforce Opportunity
